The handsomely appointed Lexus facility provides sales and service to the Columbia market. The structure overlooks I-77 and includes a showroom, service area with parts storage, 23 service bays, six detail bays and a car wash area.

The interior features dark wood paneling, classic stone floors, with accents of glass and aluminum. The 30-acre development requires mass grading, with ornate landscape and hardscape throughout the site. Choate had a Design-Assist role with JHS Architecture for this project.
